使用本服务即表示您同意本条款。如不同意，请勿购买或使用本服务。

2. 服务内容

  • 本服务提供第三方 AI 工具订阅（如 ChatGPT、Claude）的使用权限，包括多人共享套餐和独享套餐，以及 API 访问套餐（"API Key 套餐"）。
  • 每个套餐的服务期限、可用设备数和所含功能以购买页面的说明为准。
  • 本服务为数字服务，不涉及实物商品。
  • 本公司与 OpenAI、Anthropic 等第三方服务商不存在关联、授权或赞助关系。相关商标归其各自所有者所有。第三方服务的功能和可用性可能随其政策变化而调整。

3. 账户

  • 您需要使用真实有效的邮箱注册账户，并妥善保管登录凭证。账户下发生的所有操作由您负责。
  • 每个套餐都有设备数量上限，请勿超出上限使用。

4. 使用规范

您不得：

  • 将本服务用于任何违法用途，或违反第三方 AI 服务商的使用政策；
  • 转售、转租或向套餐以外的人员分享您的使用权限；
  • 修改共享资源的账户设置（如密码、两步验证、绑定信息），或删除、查看他人的使用记录；
  • 尝试绕过设备限制、安全机制，或干扰本服务的正常运行。

违反上述规范的，我们有权暂停或终止您的服务。

5. 价格与付款

  • 套餐价格以人民币（¥）标示，部分套餐同时标示美元（US$）价格。实际可用的支付方式和支付币种以结账页面显示为准。价格对应购买页面所示的服务期限。
  • 每次购买均为一次性付款，支付由第三方支付机构处理，本网站不存储您的完整银行卡信息。
  • 我们可能调整套餐价格，调整仅对之后的新订单生效，不影响已付款订单。

6. 不自动续费

所有套餐均不会自动续费，我们不会对您进行任何自动扣款。服务到期后如需继续使用，请您手动续费，续费按当时的价格计算。

7. 交付

付款后通常自动开通，如未自动开通，我们会在 24 小时内为您处理，详见交付政策。

8. 退款与取消

下单后 7 天内可申请退款，按剩余价值退还，详见退款与取消政策。

9. 服务可用性

我们会尽合理努力保持服务稳定，但本服务依赖第三方服务商，无法保证不中断或无错误。

10. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，本公司就任何订单承担的全部责任不超过您为该订单实际支付的金额。本公司不对间接损失负责，也不对第三方 AI 工具生成的内容负责。

11. 适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律。因本条款产生的争议，由香港法院管辖。

12. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，更新后会在本页面公布并修改"最后更新"日期。更新后继续使用本服务，即视为您接受更新后的条款。

1. Who We Are

This website (https://dashboard.gptclub.ai, the "Service" or "ChatGPTPro Club") is operated by YANGSEN INTELLIGENCE LIMITED (羊森智能科技有限公司), a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, Company No. 81495945, with its registered address at RM B20, 11/F, BLK B WONG KING IND BLDG, NO. 2-4 TAI YAU ST, SAN PO KONG, HONG KONG.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.

2. The Service

  • The Service provides access to third-party AI tool subscriptions (such as ChatGPT and Claude) through shared and dedicated plans, as well as API access plans ("API Key plans").
  • The service period, device limit and features of each plan are as described on the purchase page.
  • The Service is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or any other third-party provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Features and availability of third-party services may change according to their policies.

3. Accounts

  • You must register with a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Each plan has a device limit. Do not use the Service beyond that limit.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the usage policies of third-party AI providers;
  • resell, sublicense or share your access with anyone outside your plan;
  • change the settings of shared resources (such as passwords, two-factor authentication or linked accounts), or view or delete other users' history;
  • attempt to bypass device limits or security measures, or interfere with the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are shown in Chinese Yuan (CN¥). Some plans also show a price in US Dollars (US$). The payment methods and currencies available to you are shown at checkout. Each price covers the service period shown on the purchase page.
  • Every purchase is a one-time payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • We may change plan prices. Changes apply to new orders only and do not affect orders already paid.

6. No Automatic Renewal

Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you automatically. To continue after your plan expires, renew it manually at the price current at that time.

7. Delivery

Your plan is usually activated automatically after payment. If it is not, we will activate it within 24 hours. See our Delivery Policy.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

You may request a refund of the remaining value within 7 days of your order. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but because it depends on third-party providers we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for content generated by third-party AI tools.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
