1. 交付内容

我们提供的是数字服务（AI 工具订阅使用权限和 API 访问），不寄送任何实物商品。

2. 开通时间

付款成功后，系统通常会自动开通您购买的套餐；如未自动开通，我们会在付款后 24 小时内为您处理。

3. 开通方式

  1. 付款成功后，登录 https://dashboard.gptclub.ai 控制台，即可查看已开通的套餐并开始使用。
  2. 如果控制台中没有显示已开通的套餐，请在我们的 Discord 社区提交工单，并提供注册邮箱和订单号，管理员会在付款后 24 小时内为您处理。

4. 开通失败

如果未能在 24 小时内为您开通服务，您可以申请全额退款，详见退款与取消政策。

5. 服务期限

服务期限从开通之日起计算，时长以所购套餐页面的说明为准。到期后不会自动续费，需要您手动续费。

Delivery Policy

1. What We Deliver

We provide digital services (access to AI tool subscriptions and API access). No physical goods are shipped.

2. Activation Time

Your plan is usually activated automatically once payment succeeds. If it is not, we will activate it within 24 hours of payment.

3. How Activation Works

  1. After payment, sign in to your dashboard at https://dashboard.gptclub.ai to see your activated plan and start using the service.
  2. If your plan does not appear in the dashboard, open a ticket in our Discord community with your registered email and order number. Our administrators will resolve it within 24 hours of payment.

4. Failed Activation

If we fail to activate your plan within 24 hours, you may request a full refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service Period

The service period starts on the activation date and lasts as described on the plan you purchased. Plans do not renew automatically; you need to renew manually.
