退款与取消政策

1. 退款期限

您可以在下单（付款）之日起 7 天内申请退款，退还订单的剩余价值。超过 7 天不再受理退款。

2. 退款金额

按时长计费的套餐（共享 / 独享账号套餐）

退款金额 = 实付金额 × 剩余天数 ÷ 套餐总天数。

  • 已使用天数从开通之日起按整天计算，不足一天按一天计。
  • 尚未开通的订单全额退款。
  • 示例：实付 ¥300 的 30 天套餐，使用 6 天后申请退款，退还 ¥300 × 24 ÷ 30 = ¥240。

API Key 套餐（按用量计费）

退款金额 = 实付金额 × 未使用额度 ÷ 套餐总额度。额度已全部用完的不予退款。

3. 开通失败

如果我们未能在付款后 24 小时内为您开通服务，您可以申请全额退款。

退款申请确认后，款项将在 7 个工作日内原路退回到您的付款账户。银行或支付机构入账可能需要额外时间。

6. 取消订阅

  • 所有套餐都不会自动续费，我们不会自动扣款，因此您无需为避免续费而取消订阅。
  • 下单后 7 天内取消：按上述规则退还剩余价值，退款完成后服务停止。
  • 下单 7 天后取消：不予退款，服务保留到当期结束。

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund of the remaining value of your order within 7 days of the order (payment) date. Refund requests made after 7 days are not accepted.

2. Refund Amount

Time-based plans (shared or dedicated account plans)

Refund = amount paid × remaining days ÷ total days of the plan.

  • Days used are counted in whole days from the activation date. A partial day counts as one full day.
  • Orders that have not yet been activated are refunded in full.
  • Example: for a 30-day plan paid at CN¥300 and used for 6 days, the refund is CN¥300 × 24 ÷ 30 = CN¥240.

API Key plans (usage-based)

Refund = amount paid × unused quota ÷ total quota of the plan. No refund is given once the quota has been fully used.

3. Failed Activation

If we fail to activate your plan within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is confirmed, the refund is returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

6. Cancellation

  • No plan renews automatically and we never charge you automatically, so you do not need to cancel to avoid future charges.
  • Cancelling within 7 days of your order: the remaining value is refunded as described above, and the service stops once the refund is issued.
  • Cancelling more than 7 days after your order: no refund is given, and your access remains active until the end of the current period.
