本政策说明 YANGSEN INTELLIGENCE LIMITED（羊森智能科技有限公司，以下称"我们"）在您使用 https://dashboard.gptclub.ai 时如何收集、使用和保护您的个人资料。我们依照香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》（第 486 章）处理您的个人资料。

1. 我们收集的信息

  • 账户信息：邮箱、用户名；使用本地登录时的密码（仅以加密哈希形式保存）；使用第三方账号登录时，该登录服务提供的账户标识和邮箱。
  • 订单与支付信息：订单号、所购套餐、金额、支付状态和支付机构返回的交易编号。完整的银行卡信息由支付机构处理，我们不保存。
  • 设备与使用信息：设备标识、设备名称和类型、IP 地址及据此推断的大致地区、登录时间。这些信息用于执行套餐的设备数量限制和防止滥用。
  • 客服沟通记录：您通过 Discord 工单、网站在线客服或邮件与我们沟通的内容。
  • 浏览器本地存储：用于保持登录状态和记住语言偏好。

2. 我们如何使用这些信息

  • 开通和提供您购买的服务，管理您的订阅；
  • 处理付款和退款；
  • 执行设备数量限制，识别和防止欺诈、滥用；
  • 提供客服支持，发送与服务相关的通知（如验证码、到期提醒）；
  • 遵守法律法规要求。

3. 信息共享

我们不会出售您的个人资料。仅在以下必要情形下与第三方共享：

  • 支付机构：用于处理付款和退款；
  • 服务器托管、身份认证、邮件发送和在线客服等技术服务商：用于运行本服务；
  • 为交付您所购套餐而必须使用的上游服务商（例如开通 API Key）；
  • 法律要求或政府机关依法要求时。

4. 跨境传输

我们和上述服务商可能在香港以外的地区处理您的资料。我们会要求服务商采取合理措施保护您的资料。

5. 保存期限

在您的账户存续期间，我们会保存您的资料；账户注销后，除法律或财务记录要求保留的部分外，我们会删除或匿名化处理您的资料。

6. 安全

我们采用加密传输、密码哈希和访问控制等措施保护您的资料，但任何网络传输都无法保证绝对安全。

7. 您的权利

您可以申请查阅、更正或删除您的个人资料，也可以申请注销账户。请发送邮件至 support@gptclub.ai，我们会在合理时间内处理。

8. 未成年人

本服务不面向 18 岁以下人士，我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人资料。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how YANGSEN INTELLIGENCE LIMITED (羊森智能科技有限公司, "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use https://dashboard.gptclub.ai. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and username; your password if you use local sign-in (stored only as an encrypted hash); and, if you sign in with a third-party account, the account identifier and email provided by that sign-in service.
  • Order and payment information: order number, plan purchased, amount, payment status and the transaction reference returned by the payment provider. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Device and usage information: device identifier, device name and type, IP address and the approximate region derived from it, and sign-in times. We use this to enforce plan device limits and to prevent abuse.
  • Support communications: what you send us through Discord tickets, the live chat on our website or email.
  • Browser local storage: used to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference.

2. How We Use It

  • to activate and provide the plans you purchase and manage your subscription;
  • to process payments and refunds;
  • to enforce device limits and detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • to provide customer support and send service notices (such as verification codes and expiry reminders);
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

  • payment providers, to process payments and refunds;
  • technical service providers for hosting, sign-in, email delivery and live chat, to operate the Service;
  • upstream providers we must use to deliver your plan (for example, to issue an API key);
  • authorities, where required by law.

4. International Transfers

We and the providers above may process your data outside Hong Kong. We require these providers to take reasonable measures to protect it.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After your account is closed we delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, password hashing and access controls. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or the closure of your account, by emailing support@gptclub.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Minors

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
